They make piezoresistive technology that uses single-crystal silicon that changes resistance when pressure is applied. Their sensors can measure pressure changes from 0 to 7,400 Pascals. They offer sensors with both unidirectional and bi-directional output, and they can withstand operational temperatures of 32°F to 140°F (0°C to 95°C). The sensors have three different output ranges 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 V, and 0 to 10V. BAPI sensors are designed to be reliable and provide accurate readings through many pressure cycles. They are made from materials engineered to withstand the environment that the HVAC environment demands.
BAPI sensor products are tested at several different steps along the manufacturing process. Testing and Calibration are conducted in state-of-the-art environmental chambers that are according to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards. They are a CE Certified and RoHS compliant facility. This is only one of many reasons why BAPI is the right choice for the HVAC industry.
